Jason Jodoin

Jason Jodoin founded 23 Advisory Group to help leaders work through business problems that sit between functions: technology decisions that affect operations, acquisitions that create integration work, and major investments that need a clearer business case.

His background spans growth-stage companies and global enterprises across High Tech, Retail, Consumer Goods, and BioScience. At Citizens, Jason served as Chief of Staff to the CTO and worked with the leadership team on a multi-year cloud transformation across a large enterprise application portfolio. At Hasbro, he led global infrastructure programs through multiple acquisitions, including Hasbro’s largest-ever acquisition, Entertainment One (eOne). He later led post-merger technology integration at Thrasio and earlier managed deal-related infrastructure programs and client delivery at Dell SecureWorks.

Jason's point of view is straightforward: technology, transformation, and AI should be judged by what they change in the business. That means asking what an investment will improve, what it will cost to sustain, and whether the result is meaningful enough to justify the effort. The same discipline carries into M&A, where a good deal on paper still has to work operationally after close.
